Let you guys have a peek at my recent Class Chalet outing!
But first, i have got to start this entry from the night before our chalet..Which is the preparation night!
This is where all the marination took place! (we started doing it from around 10pm till 2+am)
and LUCKILY for us, we have got a chef as our classmate, so most of the marination sauces are settled by him



Guys did the sauces, marinating chicken, pounding of chicken thigh to make it tender and etc..
Girls are in charge of all the packing, putting of sauces, and some trying out the pounding of chicken thigh
(which results in splashing of juices everywhere..) LOL


On the left - the ever popular PARI PARI PRAWNS! Our chef whipped up a SUPER nice sauce for it. Smells damn good!
And the best part of it, we can save the effort of peeling out the shells during BBQ night! WOOT!
On the right - our lovely stingray! Waiting to be covered with our specially made sauce..
So yup, there also sotong, fish, scallop too ..
On the day of the chalet…
Went Vivo Giant for a little shopping for some important BBQ stuff..

Wasnt quite a good day for BBQ tho..
Raining cats and dogs for the entire afternoon..

But not to worry, just buy this type of shoe can already.. HAHA..
Interesting right! One of my classmate wore this to chalet..

And we found out that the chalet we have booked, are way too SMALLLL to occupy all 30 of us..
Below: this is at the super small sentosa chalet.

Thus we decided to switch chalet. From Sentosa costa sands to Pasir ris costa sands.
Managed to call the rest of our classmates and inform them about the switch..
The very nice staff helped us by transferring the amount paid at sentosa to pasir ris costa sands resort..
How nice of him right!
And so, we are off to our next location.. PASIR RIS COSTA SAND chalet by cab of course (some by car)..
The ride took us about an hour man! All thanks to the rain and the jam..


And here we are at the PASIR RIS chalet..
Played Taboo while waiting for rain to subside..

And yes! FINALLY the dark clouds are gone and the bbq pit is ready for BBQ-ing!

For BBQ food – we have Satay, Bacons, cheese tofu, Chicken thigh, chicken wing, scallop, hotdog, fish, stingray, sotong and etc..
For cooked food – we have noodle, potato salad, fried rice, coleslaw and etc..
SLURP! sedap!

Oh, not to forget the lovely MARSHMELLOW!

While some are playing card games inside the room, the rest of us are out here playing with sparklers!

As we have too many sparklers to play with, we decided to form words using it..
(we are trying to form a scentence..But i will only show you some of the words here.. haha)
