Now all you have to do is to wait for the result of the enrolment..hah! sound scary eh?!
Whatever it is, i hope you get to enter into your desired institution & course!

I didnt manage to get into my 1st choice.
I was being posted to my 5th choice which was Property Dev & Facilities Mgmt in SP
A course which i was totally clueless about.
I can still remember during the 1st lesson, i was quite shock to find out that im going to study a module known as construction technology!!!
Something so foreign lah!
Imagine, we actually have to learn the process of constructing a building, the type of building structure and understanding how structural load will affect the building blah blah blah..
Sound dry eh?
But guessed what?
As lesson progresses, i realised that what im studying was really related to the actual industry!
Thus it got me really interested in the building industry as i can relate it to my surrounding..
It’s like building is everywhere – our classroom, canteen, hdb, workshop, private housing and etc..
Now that i have graduated, I can proudly say that I am HAPPY that i got into my 5th choice instead of the 1st..
Cause i have gained practical and relevant knowledge in the property industry which i am able to excel in..
Which is a good thing for me..

Remember: do excel in wherever you are posted to ya..

I’m really nervous about what my life in Poly would be like. I’m not confident of getting into my 1st choice which is SP food science & technology. Just plain scared. I scored an L1R4 of 15 pts (minus 2 points for CCA = 13) and the COP is 14 pts. I’m afraid the chances of getting into that course would be slim.

Hi. I would like to ask whether u know anything about the combination of o level results. They dun have to be consecutive right eg 1 year apart? And i have applied for jae before but unsuccessful and then applied to RP through DAE. It was successful in the end but irejected the offer which means i did not turn up for the registration. So they will gif my place to someone else right? So doess that mean t hat i will not be able to apply for JAE again since i have been admitted to RP before just tt i did not turn up for registration?

HELLO!! Do you still remember me? Hehehe! I GOT INTO MY DREAM COURSE!! *whoots* So happy. But I’m kinda scared(again) for the near future. I wonder how poly life will be like. I’m gonna be there alone, with no friends etc. But I’m not scared about that, I’m more worried about the A Maths. I did not take A Maths in sec school and A Maths is taught in the First Sem. Oh man, I so gonna lose out.

OK. i aint from SP, but from NP. but i already graduated in 2007. so here my pointers: #1: hang out around library (SP) , and pizza hut (SP) , there are so many CCA clubs around there and make lots of friends! No worries for the maths. Its not JC maths, so … relax! TTFN!
