What does JAE stand for? It stands for the Joint Admissions Exercise.
On results day which was yesterday, you will have received your GCE O LEVEL results,Form A(a list of courses you are eligible for) and the JAE 2010 Booklet.
The following are the 8 steps you should take if you want to apply for JAE.

Check out Form A or your list of eligible courses(Form A lists course codes only)

Refer to diploma courses names,course codes,brief descriptions and entry requirements

Learn about career prospects and various industries by talking to teachers,relatives and friends

Visit the Polytechnic of your choice during the JAE period and have a talk with the lecturers/counsellors/current students about the course you are interested in.

ONLY use the 2009 JAE cut-off points (COP) as a guide

For online applications,ensure your personal particulars are correct and provide your latest,up-to-date cntact numbers.

COMPLETE ALL YOUR 12 CHOICES. Don’ t waste any of your choices.

For online application,verify your 12 choices and click “submit” After submission,print out the verification slip,as proof of your application
